Woombye Sustainable House
This complete project included involvement in the concept design. The owner sought to build a fully carbon offset house and pushed us to minimise the embodied energy to minimise the cost of offsetting the carbon pollution.
Buderim Addition and Renovation
Based on an existing chamferboard cottage, this extension and complete renovation has been awarded the Housing Industry Association Sunshine Coast/Wide Bay and Queensland Region Renovation/Addition Project Of The Year for 2011.
Buderim Upper Level Addition
Needing an extra bedroom for guests, Greenway Architects solved our clients problem by “going up”. A complicated build creating the new level above existing living areas while our clients stayed in the home.
Forrest Glen Alterations
Involved from concept to completion we came up with a solution to the cramped dining and outdoor spaces with the addition of bi-fold doors to 3 sides of the dining area opening it up onto the new roofed deck extension.
Woombye Deck and Alfresco
Involved with this project from conception we co-ordinated the design, approvals and construction. Constructing a timber deck off the living room and connecting the deck to the pool area transformed the outdoor living spaces of this acreage home.
Sunshine Beach Bathroom
A tiny unused laundry space made way for a new bathroom at this sunshine beach residence with some out of the box thinking.
