This complete project included involvement in the concept design. The owner sought to build a fully carbon offset house and pushed us to minimise the embodied energy to minimise the cost of offsetting the carbon pollution. Featuring rammed earth walls and Queensland sourced cypress pine built on a difficult sloping site the result is not only spectacular, but also a good example of what can be achieved when you put the effort into each and every detail.
